On the afternoon of March 28th, at the sixth meeting of the sixth council of the Yuyao People's Education Foundation, six enterprises in our city signed donation agreements with the foundation to establish the Yuyao Famous and Excellent Teacher Incentive Fund, in order to further promote the good tradition of respecting teachers and valuing education, and promote the high-quality development of our city's education industry.
The Yuyao Famous and Excellent Teachers Incentive Fund is jointly funded by Ningbo Gengda Group Co., Ltd., Ningbo Shimao Copper Industry Co., Ltd., Shunyu Optical Technology (Group) Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Hualian Shopping Mall Co., Ltd., Fucheng Automotive Parts Co., Ltd., and Ningbo Shunyun Group Co., Ltd. Starting from this academic year, six companies will donate 400000 yuan annually to the Municipal People's Education Foundation for a period of ten years. The donated funds are mainly used to motivate in-service teachers in our city who have obtained provincial special grade teachers, Ningbo city level famous teachers (professional chief teachers), famous principals, famous class teachers, subject backbone teachers (dual teacher type teachers), Yuyao city level famous teachers, famous principals, famous class teachers, subject backbone teachers, backbone principals, backbone class teachers and other honorary titles, and appropriately increase their teaching and research allowances. On the basis of ensuring the sustained stability of the incentive standards for outstanding teachers, the fund can also be used for other public welfare undertakings within the scope of the "Yuyao People's Education Foundation Charter".
